The natural bait is integrated with the oval container in front of the trigger mechanism. As the mouse eats the bait it becomes accustomed to the trap and as it continues to eat it pulls itself closer to the trigger and into the perfect position to be caught.
The new easy-grab trigger system has built-in stability to prevent the mouse from accidentally triggering the trap. Only when the rat starts to eat the bait and get deeper into the trap does it pull the trigger and activate the trap.
The hammering force generated by the extremely high tension spring, combined with the strong gripping action of the trap, ensures a shortened killing process depending on the species.
